Welcome to Paseo Village you will find it is a wonderful Community to live in for years and decades to come.  What makes this possible is that community associations are designed for "liked minded" people.  At Paseo Village our policy of having a few yet simple rules that work best for the entire Community has established us as a successful homeowners' association for over 45 years.
 
All residents are subject to the same rules and regulations and the levies imposed for infractions of the community rules.  Please take the time to review all the rules and regulations before purchasing, leasing, or renting a home so you, as both residents and landlords understand the rules and regulations before committing to any contractual agreements.

Paseo Village is not managed by a professional company, instead it is internally managed by volunteer owners and residents.  No one is paid, nor does anyone receive anything in return for their time. Always remember, our Board members are the managers and your neighbors; they live here just like you. Be respectful and kind to one another.

The Rules and Regulations Manual contains all the rules you will need to know and the levy for an infraction. The information was extracted from our Covenants and By-Laws we combined them into a separate document containing all the rules, new and old. A prospective or new resident can now quickly understand how we operate and know what the rules and levies are.
 
How this Guide is organized is simple. All references have been extracted from the Covenants "C" and the By-Laws "B" or by new resolution which are displayed by their resolution number expressed by date approved like "Resolution 2021.1209.1/6".   So if you see "B Article VII Section 7.1" you know it references the By-Laws, etc.
