The Paseo Village Development
In 1970, founders and developers, Charles and Phyllis Crowder started developing the general area known as the Santa Teresa Country Club (STCC), named after a 1790 Mexican Land Grant. Over time, around 14 developments and their independent Homeowners Associations have been built. In December 1976, home builders, Lambert & Winton broke ground on a separate new community within the STCC general area known "Paseo Village."
Today, 47 years later, Paseo Village remains an attractive living community for new residents notably for two reasons: first, it's the only "Country Club" Homeowners Association with its own pool, tennis and handball amenities and second, because Paseo Village also has an active, responsible, and transparent community organization (PVHA) which meets the needs of its residents.
Vision
Our vision is to maintain and improve our beautiful Paseo Village facilities. By having the best neighborhood recreational amenities for our residents and their guests; we retain and grow our real property value.
