CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations, Notes and Notices concerning all lot owners.

Audience: Owners

Associations are designed for "liked minded" people. Our policy of having a few yet simple rules has established Paseo Village as a successful HOA operation for over 45 years. Please remember when owning a home that Paseo Village is a Homeowners Association “HOA” that has established rules that work best for the whole Community since 1976.   All the rules can be found here on our website.
All owners, as well as prospective owners are subject to the rules and the fines imposed for violating the rules.  Please take the time to review all the rules and regulations before purchasing a home renting/leasing to a tenant; and that the tenant(s) understand the rules and regulations before committing to any agreement.

Listed below is a short list of a few of our rules.
